Person in deadly accident in Crook County in February identified

The Oregon State Police have identified the remains of the person who died this past February on George Millican Road in Crook County. The person was identified as 55-year-old Mark Tsatsa of Bend. The vehicle that Tsatsa was driving exploded into flames when he hit a tree about 20 miles outside of Prineville destroying the body. The OSP Forensic Lab in Clackamas was able to get DNA from hair samples that led to confirming who had died in the accident.
